This free community event is organized by 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗿 of Coastal Lotus, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 of Healing Palms, and 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 of Inspire Yoga PSJ, bringing together a variety of teaching styles and wellness offerings in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Throughout the day, you can participate in 30-minute mini sessions that allow you to explore different practices and discover what feels best for your body.


𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

• All-Levels Vinyasa Flow

• Chair Yoga

• Restorative Yoga

• A Hatha & Chair Yoga combination session, demonstrating how poses can be adapted on the mat and with a chair


In addition to yoga, we will offer short introductions to 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, a system that provides insight into your personal energetic blueprint.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this event is a wonderful way to connect, move, and explore.


The 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, the Buffer Preserve offers a 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲.


The tour will begin with a separate history talk inside the Visitor Center at 9:00 a.m. ET. Attendees will then proceed to the Main Gate parking lot (across the street from the visitor center) to board the tram.


The tram moves slowly, and our staff will interpret the surroundings while you ride down Treasure Road and Sandridge Road. Remember to bring anything that will make your ride more comfortable: hat, sunscreen, water, insect repellent, raincoat, camera, binoculars, etc. The tram has no roof so be prepared for sun or possibly a light shower. We will not cancel if the rain is light and no lightning is present.

Comedy Night is back Friday, June 19th, and this one is stacked with NEW comedians and big laughs.


Doors open at 6:30 PM, show starts at 7:30 PM, and we’ll have concessions and a cash bar ready for all your laughing, snacking, and “I needed this” moments.


Tickets must be purchased in advance, and these shows sell out fast. Don’t wait until the only thing left is a Facebook post from your friend saying, “You should’ve been there.”
