The Franklin County Commission will meet tomorrow morning for its first meeting of April.
The board has a relatively short agenda – St. George Island fire chief Jay Abbott will be on hand to discuss last weeks 911 communications meeting. Cherry Rankin will also attend Tuesday’s meeting to update the county commission on the Boys and Girls club which recently ended its after school programs in Franklin and Jefferson counties because of budgetary problems.
County commission meetings are open to the public so if you would like to attend it begins at 9 tomorrow morning at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex in Apalachicola.
