Census to end its toll-free telephone assistance line on Friday

The U.S. Census Bureau will shut down its toll-free telephone assistance line on Friday.

If you feel you were overlooked by the census this year you can complete the questionnaire over the telephone by calling 1-866-872-6868.

More than 130 thousand interviews have already been completed over the phone.

If you did not receive a census form this year, did not mail it back or have not been contacted by a census taker – then you should try to call the number before the 9 PM on Friday.
