The Florida Highway Patrol wants you.

If you have ever considered becoming a Highway Patrol trooper – now is your chance.

The Florida Highway Patrol is accepting applications for new state troopers. 

All new recruits have to complete 28 weeks of training, while recruits with law enforcement certification must complete eight weeks of transitional training. 

There will be a basic recruit class starting July 15th, and another starting December 2nd.

Highway Patrol recruits are paid about 2500 dollars per month when attending the academy in Havana.
