RE:                  Flags at Half-Staff

            Pursuant to the President’s Proclamation to lower our national flag as a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding service of Senator Daniel K. Inouye, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida.  The National and State flags shall be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of his interment.
