If your property
suffered damage during the storms in late April, the Franklin County Emergency
Management Office would like to hear from you.
Strong storms crossed the panhandle in late April, with the heaviest
storms crossing our area on April the 30th.
The storms left a trail of destruction across
portions of the western panhandle – the Pensacola area was especially hard hit.
And while Franklin County was spared the worst of the weather, Franklin County was one of 26 counties declared a state of emergency by Governor Rick
Scott because of the storms.
Gulf, Liberty and Wakulla counties were also part of the declaration.
If you had any damage due to the recent weather,
contact the Franklin County Emergency Management to provide your
information.
The EOC can be reached at 653-8977.
