DOT to hold public meeting on Crawfordville Highway today

The Florida Department of Transportation will host an public information meeting in Wakulla County on June the 17th to discuss the Conceptual Design and Environmental Reevaluation Study for Crawfordville Highway from Highway98 in Wakulla County to south of the Four Points intersection in Leon County. 
This meeting will offer the public an opportunity to review the proposed alternatives and provide comments. 
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and update a 1996 Project Development & Environment Study to determine the best way to improve Crawfordville Highway.
The public will be able to see various alternatives designed to improve mobility, relieve traffic congestion and improve pedestrian and bicycle connectivity.
Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. 
Representatives from FDOT will be available to explain proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, June 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Crawfordville United Methodist Church, 176 Ochlockonee Street in Crawfordville.
