Wakulla County Announces New Veteran Services Officer and New Office Hours

Crawfordville, Florida – The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners is proud to announce and welcome Harold Ross as the Veteran Services Officer. “I’m very excited to welcome Harold to our team. I believe he will provide a great service and represent our Veterans well”, said David Edwards, County Administrator.

Mr. Ross will be responsible for assisting Veterans and their dependents with general information, claims preparation, claims development, appeals of Department of Veterans’ Affairs final decisions, and other general information.

In addition, the Veteran Services Office will now be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.; and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00p.m. – 5:00p.m. If you’re in need of any Veteran services, please visit the Office at 3093 Crawfordville Highway, or call Mr. Ross at (850) 926-0919 ext. 751.
