Governor Rick Scott Appoints Jerry Barnes to the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Jerry Barnes to the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners.
Barnes, 71, of Port Saint Joe, previously served on the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners from 2000 to 2008 and as a commissioner for Port Saint Joe from 1998 to 2000. He is appointed to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Warren Yeager, for a term beginning September 25, 2015, and ending January 3, 2017.
