An Apalachicola man died in a single vehicle accident on Springhill Road in Tallahassee on Friday morning.
The Highway patrol said 20 year old Antwoin Lewis was killed around 11:45 Friday morning after he failed to negotiate a curve in his 2004 Nissan Maxima.
His car went into a spin before colliding with two trees on the east shoulder of the road.
Antwoin was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle.
Officials are investigating whether alcohol played a role in the crash.
