The Wakulla county sheriff’s
office is seeking a wanted and they believe armed individual in the Sopchoppy
area.
Kester’s
vehicle was found wrecked in Sopchoppy on Thursday; Kester had fled the scene
on foot and was in possession of duffle bag that authorities believe contains stolen firearms.
A large manhunt was undertaken on Thursday which
included the lockdown of Wakulla Second Chance School in Sopchoppy.
Kester was not apprehended.
Anyone with information about Kester's whereabouts is asked
to call the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office at (850)745-7100.
Kester is currently facing a number of charges including
Fleeing and Eluding Law Enforcement in a Vehicle, and Aggravated Assault of Law
Enforcement Officer.
