Meeting Notice September 14, 2016   Gulf Council Schedules a Public Hearing on Charter Vessel and Headboat Reporting Requirements via Webinar   The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council has scheduled a public hearing webinar to gather public comments on the Generic Charter Vessel and Headboat Reporting Requirements Amendment. The webinar will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, beginning at 6 p.m. and ending no later than 9 p.m. EDT.   The meeting will begin with a presentation on the draft amendment which considers changing the method, frequency, and required data reported by for-hire operators with charter/headboat Reef Fish or Coastal Migratory Pelagic permits. About the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council is one of eight regional Fishery Management Councils established by the Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976.
