Gulf Specimen Marine Lab open to the public after Hurricane Hermine

The Gulf Specimen Marine Lab in Panacea wants to remind the public that they are open for business.
The marine lab was hit hard by Hurricane Hermine and they are still doing repairs, but they are already back at work collecting and shipping specimen orders, teaching field trips, and they are open to visitors.
The Marine Lab is at 222 Clark Drive in Panacea; they are open to the public 7 days a week.
The lab is collecting money to help repair its living dock which is an important location for teaching.
Thousands of students come to the dock every tear for field trips and more.
Most of the dock planks were ripped away.
It’s estimated the storm caused more than $20,000 in damages to the Marine Lab.
You can help the Marine Lab "Save the Living Dock" with a financial donation.

Send a check with "Save the Living Dock" in the memo to Gulf Specimen Marine Lab P.O. Box 237 Panacea,FL 32346 or contribute on TILT.com
