New traffic pattern on Crawfordville Highway in Wakulla County

Chipley, FL  Beginning Monday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m., and continuing for several months, motorists traveling State Road (S.R.) 61/U.S. 319 (Crawfordville Highway) from U.S. 98 to north of Alaska Way in Wakulla County, will encounter a new traffic pattern change as traffic moves to a temporary roadway.  The traffic shift will allow crews to continue construction along the project. Drivers can anticipate minor traffic delays.

All planned construction activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.  Motorists are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, to watch for construction equipment entering and leaving the roadway and to use caution when driving through the work zone.
