The Franklin County school will hold high school graduation this year

The Franklin County school will hold high school graduation this year.

School superintendent Traci Yoder said the School Administration, Graduation Committee, and Superintendent have worked diligently to plan and prepare for an alternative yet as traditional as possible ceremony to celebrate the Class of 2020 and recognize all of their accomplishments.

The plan includes a Graduation Celebration Parade on Friday, May 22nd at 6:00pm.

The parade route will begin next to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and end at Vrooman Park.

The seniors will then get in their vehicles and go directly to the Franklin County School where the graduation ceremonies will begin at 7:00pm at the Football Field.

Graduates will have 4 reserved tickets to attend the graduation ceremony and the school will take every
necessary precaution to keep graduates and their guests safe.

If you can't make the graduation yourself, it will be live streamed on the Franklin County Facebook page so you can watch it there.

Oyster Radio also plans to carry the audio of graduation, so you should also be able to hear it live if you don't have facebook.

The Class of 2020 slideshow will also be posted to the school district's official Facebook page on Monday, May 18 and reposted throughout the week to honor our graduates!
