Gulf County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are trying to locate the owners of an assortment of power tools, and other items, that were recovered while executing a search warrant last month.

Their investigation stems from several complaints of burglary and theft in the areas of West Arm Drive and along Highway 71 north of Wewahitchka from late February to early March.

38 year old Charles Devin Goodwin was arrested in the case and many of the stolen items were found and returned to their rightful owners, but there are many more items that remain in the custody of the Gulf County Sheriff's Office.

The property includes a chop saw, tile saw, chain saws, blowers, a string trimmer, and cordless drills.

Some of the items have owner initials. An assortment of fishing tackle was also recovered.

Investigators know the items are stolen and suspect that the owners may not realize the items are missing or chose not to file a report with the sheriff's office.

If you know, or discover, that you are missing any of the items call Sgt. Jordan Brock at 850-227-1115 ext. 1712.
