If you support public libraries and the services they provide, there is now an easy way to let your legislators know about it.
The Panhandle Library Access Network has initiated a new advocacy effort, entitled My Florida Library.
The group has provided post cards which are available at both Franklin County public library branch locations in Eastpoint and in Carrabelle.
The post cards highlight various services libraries provide to the community.
The post cards can be sent to legislators and local officials to make sure they know to continue funding libraries and their services.
And to make it even easier, and to save you the price of a stamp, the Franklin county Public Libraries will collect the completed postcards and forwarding them to legislators in large envelopes.
