Friends of the Wakulla Library January Update

Our Mission: …To stimulate public support, understanding and use of the Wakulla County Public Library and to adequately serve the children of this county by purchasing books, videos and funding all children's programs. The Friends wish you the best year ever. We are getting ready for our annual fundraiser – the Mardi Gras Fundraiser Ball, which will be held at the Community Center on February 26th. Our thanks to many wonderful volunteers, Cynthia, MaryAnn, Andrea, Fred, Shannon, Connie, BJ, Janice and Mary and Hugh, just to name a few. They are reaching out to Wakulla’s local business’s and receiving donations to fill our drawing bags. We are also collecting wine for the Wine Pool. This year we have a bottle of Amerone which is an aged wine from the same grapes as Chianti. Sounds delicious.
