Thursday – Open 5-10. Evan Barber 7-10.

Evan Barber is no stranger to the Americana/roots music scene in the south. The Albany, Georgia native has been writing, recording, and touring across his native territory for the better part of the past decade. He’s cut his teeth sharing the stage with the likes of Chris Stapleton, Blackberry Smoke, Jason Isbell, and the Drive-by Truckers — just to name a few. His songs are sketches of the American South; honest-to-goodness stories lifted from the prairies situated below the heart of Appalachia.

Thursday – Open 5-10. Martin Rodriguez 7-10

Solo acoustic artist playing a mix of Roots, Rock, Blues and classic tunes as well as his own original music.

Friday – Open 5-11. Dylan Allen 7-10.

Hailing from Tallanasty, Florida and cutting his teeth along the forgotten coast, R.P. Allen is a one-man band taking cues off everything from Blues to rockabilly, folk, and swampy funk. Grooves are created from a multitude of handmade instruments, drum machines, a suitcase drum, and whatever we could find laying around to bring a one-man sonic army to the stage.

Forgotten Music Festival Tickets

Celebrating their 12th anniversary this year, Florida’s Gulf Coast will play host to a group of talented musicians and songwriters direct from the streets of Nashville in the 2022 Blast On The Bay

Festival performances will consist of musicians who collectively have written hundreds of hit songs from Faith Hill and George Strait to Jason Aldean and Garth Brooks.

Many songwriters from past events will be returning for another great weekend of music and storytelling, in addition, guests can count on several new faces at this year’s “Blast.”

Blast on the Bay 2022 is a ticketed event. Proceeds from this event benefit the Coastal Songwriters Education Coalition Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit. They also partner with several other civic and non-profit groups in the area, including the Gulf Alliance for Local Arts, the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, and our local grade schools through songwriting workshops, performances, and educational opportunities surrounding this event and others throughout the year.
