Franklin County now 10 weeks with no swimming advisories

Franklin County is now into its 10th week with no swimming advisories. The Health Department said water samples taken from the 6 beaches tested in Franklin County last week came back clean. There were also no swimming advisories issued for Wakulla County though moderate concentrations of bacteria were found at Shell Point. Gulf County also had no swimming advisories issued last week.
