County renews Forgotten Coast TV contract for 3 more years

Forgotten Coast TV will be on the air for at least another three years. The County Commission last week approved a three year contract extension with the local television station that will keep the channel on local cable television providers. Forgotten Coast TV signed on the air in December of 2006 – they had a three year contract with the county with an option to extend the contract for an additional three years. The station provides local programming with a focus on educational and informational shows about local locations and events. It also carries real estate oriented information and it broadcasts Franklin County Commission meetings.
