FWC seeks applications for Florida Boating Improvement Program grants


The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has money for docks and piers and are looking for counties and cities to apply for the money.
The FWC is currently accepting applications for grants under the Florida Boating Improvement Program which are available to County and city governments.
The program provides funding for boating-access projects like boat ramps and other public launching facilities, piers, docks, waterway markers, derelict vessel removal, boater education and economic development.
The deadline for submitting grant applications is March 31st.
