We have scheduled a FCTDC grant workshop seminar for your event's contract manager (or alternate) to attend on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the Franklin County Library in Eastpoint in the mall on Island Drive. At this workshop, we will register you online, give you a password to access the application, and this step will allow you to begin initial preparation for an application for the FCTDC 2011-12 Grant Season. Our web administrator, Sterling Kendrick, will be conducting this seminar
We have reserved the facility from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. However,it will be necessary for you to schedule reserved hourly seating. There will be five computers available for use, or you may bring your own laptop. Wireless internet will be available. You must have access to check your emails during the seminar in order to complete the registration. You will also need a copy of your most recent Florida Non Profit Corporation Annual Report which includes your FEIN # and Board of Directors.
Please respond with an appointment preference time no later than Sunday, April 17 at 5:00 p.m.for one person from your organization. Please indicate 2 appointment time choices as space is limited. You must pre-schedule a time.
