Bank account set up for family of Thom Lewis

A bank account has been set up for Thom Lewis who was killed last week in a plane crash at Eglin Air Force Base.

Thom Lewis was a biologist with the US Fish and Wildlife Service; he spent many years studying the red wolves at St. Vincent Island.
Most recently he was working with Migratory Bird Surveys.
If you would like to make a donation to help the family pay for funeral expenses, you can do so at any Superior Bank Branch in Franklin County.
The family has also asked that in lieu of flowers, friends make donations to the Florida Wild Mammal Association in Wakulla County.
That group works to rescue, rehabilitate, and release sick, injured and orphaned wildlife in our area.
