FWC approves more daylight hunting during alligator season


Alligator hunters will get a few more hours to bag a big one this year. 
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has adopted a rule change that provides about four more hours of daylight hunting to the state’s recreational alligator hunting season.
Under the new rule, the legal hours for Alligator hunting will be from 5 p.m. until 10 a.m..
The change will take effect during this year’s season which begins August 15th.
