Bayou RV Supplies and Storage
Welcome Rick, Donna and Christy Todd with their business Bayou RV Supplies and Storage on 30-A across from Simmons Bayou on St Joe Bay.  The Todds have been in business for twenty five years, first was in the heavy equipment and storage business which slowly evolved into a storage and RV supplies over the past ten years.  Three years ago they added RV equipment and supplies.  They carry a complete line of RV supplies including propane, sanitation, electrical, appliance and trailer supplies.  Anything from hoses, all types of connectors and deodorizers, to trailer parts and hitches.  They also have boat and RV storage, covered and non covered, and they have climate controlled and non climate controlled mini warehouses for household goods. Rich graduated from Port St Joe High School in 1974.  Donna is from Apalachicola.  Her grandfather actually owned the Tin Shed before it was the Tin Shed. Rich’s grandparents lived at the foot of the old Apalachicola Bridge. Fourth of July Events

St George Island is hosting its annual July 4th Parade beginning at 11:00 am.  Both St. George Island and Carrabelle will put on a fireworks display starting at dusk. Saturday, in Apalachicola the Apalachicola Volunteer Fire Department will be selling rib and chicken dinners (plus pork butts if you preorder 653-6050) at 11:00 am on July 2nd.  You can also join in on Sunday, July 3rd, for the annual Red, White and Blue Parade starting at Lafayette Park at 5:30 pm followed by an ice cream social at Riverfront Park.

You should have received a renewal form and a print out of the information we have for your business on the Chamber website.  Please return the forms with your payment highlighting any changes that need to be made and we will get them up quickly. Be sure to check your email and website addresses, and your keywords.  Keywords help others locate your business in the website database. Charolette Crane was given information on the state of our businesses one year after the oil spill. She is writing an article on the impact of the oil spill on Northwest Florida one year later for Florida Trend.

Marcia and Harry Hurst were in town working on an article about oyster harvesting.

Ryan Crow was given information on the oyster industry for an article he is working on for Outside magazine.

An article by freelance writer Yvette Cardozo was published in www.HighOnAdventure.com.  Yvette was here in the spring.

Lucy Tobias wrote an article for the Saturday Morning Magazine called Ready For Their Close Up which features Richard Bickel.

How can the Apalachicola Bay Chamber better serve you? Volunteers Needed
