Agenda for Tuesday's Gulf County Commission special meeting

AMENDED

The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., E.T. in their meeting room in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building at the Gulf County Courthouse Complex in Port St. Joe, Florida to discuss the following:

A)    Insurance                                               (Butler * 8/9/11 * 3:00 p.m.)

B)    Re-Districting                                         (Yeager * 8/9/11 * 6:30 p.m.)

C)    Personnel                                               (Yeager * 8/15/11 * 1:50 p.m.)

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency or commission, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
