The Franklin County
Commission last week signed off on the paperwork the county needs to certify
its recycling program.
The Recovered materials
certification and reporting form also details Franklin county’s recycling efforts in 2010.
The certification papers
have to be filed with the Department of Environmental Protection every year
along with a 50 dollar filing fee.
Franklin County residents recycled over 518 tons of material through the landfill
last year.
