Franklin County’s chapter of Habitat for Humanity has
elected its new officers for the next year.
The group held elections on September
13th where they chose Pam
Ashley of St. James as president of the local habitat group.
She replaces Skip Frink in that
positions; Mister Frink will remain on the board of directors in other roles.
Ella Bond of Apalachicola will serve as Vice Chair. Cliff Butler
of Eastpoint will remain as Treasurer and Lori Switzer will keep her job of
Board Secretary.
If you would like to become more active
in Habitat for Humanity, the group will hold its annual public General Meeting
on October the 11th at the Eastpoint Fire House.
Interested volunteers can also visit habitatfranklin.org for information
and a place to sign up for either construction or non-construction assistance
to Habitat.
