Public Workshop on Scipio Creek Boat Basin January 9 The Apalachicola Planning and Zoning Board and the Scipio Creek Advisory Committee will host an informational workshop on the Scipio Creek Boat Basin Design at 6 pm, Monday, January. 9.  Architectural illustrations will be on display for public review and board input at the Battery Park Community Center. The regular Planning & Zoning Meeting will follow the 6 p.m. workshop
