Vote for a local town as the best fishing town in the US

The World Fishing network is looking for the best fishing town in The US and they are hoping you will cast your vote.

The World Fishing Network is a 24-hour fishing lifestyle station.

Every year it asks people to vote for their favorite fishing town, and there are dozens of towns in the sunshine state that are on the ballot including Apalachicola, Indian pass, and Port St. Joe.

The town getting the most votes earns national recognition as the Ultimate Fishing Town and a $25,000 community donation.

The public voting is open through May 31st and the results will be announced in June at ceremonies in the winning community.

More than one million anglers across North America are expected to vote to earn their town bragging rights so make sure to cast your vote early and often.

You can vote on-line at wfnfishingtown.com.
