Carrabelle remains under boil water notice

The City of Carrabelle is under a boil water notice.

The notice was issued Thursday.

The boil water notice is for people in the city limits as well as those on River Road and Carrabelle Beach.

It does not affect Lanark Village customers.

People in the affected area are asked to bring their water to a rolling boil for at least 1 minute before using it to drink, cook, wash dishes or brushing your teeth.

The boil water notice will be lifted after water samples are tested and show the water is safe to drink.
