Flags at Half-Staff in Observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day

RE:                  Flags at Half-Staff

            As a mark of respect for the memory of all law enforcement officers who have given their lives to protect and defend us all, and in observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
