Franklin County Humane Society offers Halloween deal

We have all kinds of HOWLERS and PROWLERS waiting to be adopted at the
Humane Society so through the month of October we have reduced the
adoption fee for our black dogs to only $50.00 and waiving the adoption
fee for black kittens as well as all kittens 5 months and older.  Now is
the perfect time to give one of our fully vetted pets the home they have
been waiting for!

Volunteers are desperately needed to socialize all of our dogs and cats.
We are always looking for people willing to bring one of our animals into
their home to be fostered for various needs. Anytime you can spare would
be greatly appreciated.
