 Missing Person - Johnnie Carr, Jr Johnnie Carr, Jr The Tallahassee Police Department Special Victims Unit is seeking the whereabouts of 38 year old Johnnie Carr. Johnnie is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was last seen on 2/20/14, headed to the Circle K in the 2800 block of Apalachee Pkwy. Johnnie's family is concerned for his welfare.
