Rucking means they’re hiking through the area with heavy packs.
This event is a relay Rucking with teams of 4 rotating every three hours.
The air commandos are rucking 450 miles from MacDill AFB in Tampa to Hurlburt Field in Pensacola.
The ruckers are expecting to be through Port St. Joe by tonight.
You can show your support for the commandos by honking your horn, offering a friendly hello, or maybe providing some bottled water and snacks – bananas and oranges are appreciated.
At 130 the ruckers were in Eastpoint heading for Apalachicola, they move fast so you should see them in Apalachicola very soon.
