FREEZE WATCH.WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM WED EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING.

* LOWS TONIGHT.18 TO 22 DEGREES AWAY FROM THE BEACHES AND
CITIES. LOWS IN THE UPPER 20S AT THE BEACHES & CITIES. LOWS
WED NIGHT IN THE LWR TO MID 20S.

* FREEZE DURATION.8 TO 12 HRS IN THE NORMALLY COLDEST
LOCATIONS. 2 TO 4 HRS AT THE BEACHES & CITIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS.

A HARD FREEZE WARNING MEANS TEMPS IN THE MID 20S OR LWR
ARE IMMINENT OR HIGHLY LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS CAN DAMAGE CROPS AND
SENSITIVE VEGETATION. EXPOSED PIPES ARE AT RISK WHEN TEMPS
FALL TO 20 DEGREES OR BELOW.
