Congresswoman Gwen Graham was in Franklin County today for a workday and to discuss a bill designed to increase fresh water flows to the Apalachicola Bay. She started the day on an Oyster boat with members of the Franklin County Seafood Workers Association and then held a press conference at Lynn's Quality Oysters in Eastpoint.
