PUBLIC NOTICE

THE FRANKLIN COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING JULY 22, 2015 AT 2 P.M. AT THE EASTPOINT VISITOR CENTER, 731 US HWY 98, EASTPOINT.  THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS:

            To hear reports and take action on recommendations from Committees and staff

            To review and take action on Vendor contracts for fiscal year 2015-16

            To review and take action on Visitor Center contracts for fiscal year 2015-16

            To review and take action on proposed Marketing Strategy for fiscal 2015-16

            To conduct additional business as may be determined necessary by the Board

THE JULY 22, 2015 COMMITTEE MEETINGS WILL BEGIN FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING.

THE FCTDC BOARD MEETINGS FOR JULY 8, 2015 AND AUGUST 5, 2015 ARE CANCELLED.

All meetings of the TDC are open to the public and special arrangements can be made to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
