Coast Guard rescues disabled fishing vessel south of Cape San Blas

The Coast Guard helped three people aboard a disabled fishing vessel after it began taking on water 67 miles south of Cape San Blas last Thursday.
The Coast Guard was called to assist the 50-foot fishing vessel Solo which was taking on water
The Coast Guard Cutter Seahawk, as well as a Jayhawk helicopter crew and a fixed wing aircraft crew were sent to assist.
A Navy Helicopter crew also deployed from Panama City.
The Coast Guard helicopter crew dropped a dewatering pump and lowered a rescue swimmer to assist the crew with dewatering.
The Coast Guard Cutter Seahawk placed the Solo in tow and transported them to St. Andrews Marina in Panama City.
There were no reported injuries.
