RE:                  Flags at Half-Staff for San Bernardino Shooting Victims

            In honor and remembrance of the victims of the San Bernardino, California, shooting and pursuant to a Presidential Proclamation, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local, state, and federal buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida.  The flags shall be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until sunset, Monday, December 7, 2015.

            Please note that this lowering of the flags will coincide with the lowering of the flags on Monday in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
