Franklin County Health Department offering 6th grade vaccinations at local schools on March the 7th

6 Grade Vaccination Round-up

Florida statute* requires that all students entering 7^th grade receive a Tdap vaccine (tetanus booster).  The Florida Department of Health in Franklin County will be onsite at the Franklin County School and ABC School on March 7, 2016 to provide this vaccine as well as other age appropriate recommended vaccines. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.  This opportunity affords you the ability to have your child vaccinated without you having to be present.

All Franklin County 6^th grade parents should receive a letter and consent form in the mail.  If you do not receive one, please contact your school nurse.
