APALACHICOLA RESEARCH RESERVE DEBUTS INTERACTIVE SEAGRASS EXHIBIT

~The public is invited to live vicariously through the life of a young sea creature~

Seagrass Exhibit

Interactive seagrass exhibit is now open to the public.

WHAT:       Interactive Exhibit, Seagrass Is My Home
WHEN:       Open Tuesday - Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
WHERE:     Apalachicola National Research Reserve Nature Center
                   108 Island Drive
                   Eastpoint, FL 32328
HOW:         This event is free and registration is not required.

The Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve is hosting a new interactive exhibit. Through the self-guided exhibit, guests are invited to assume the role of a young estuarine creature that journeys through life in a seagrass bed to understand the benefits of and threats to seagrass habitat. The exhibit is family-friendly, fun for all ages and parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children. The exhibit will be on display until Oct. 1, 2016, in the nature center and there is no admission cost to enter.
