A
Carrabelle teenager is facing attempted first degree murder charges after a
rampage last Saturday, April the 23rd.
They have released very little
information about the incident but said it began with Shiver intentionally
crashing his vehicle into another vehicle multiple times.
He then discharged two rounds from a
12-gauge shotgun into the victim’s vehicle, narrowly missing the driver.
He was arrested and charged with
attempted first degree murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and
criminal mischief over $1,000.
He is being held in the Franklin
County Jail without bond.
