The
Florida Department of Children and Families has joined Wakulla County Career
Source to provide residents in need with better access to public assistance
services.
On the first Thursday of
every month there is a trained Community Partner available to assist clients in
navigating the self-service application and answer general questions about
their MyACCESS accounts.
The ACCESS Program helps
to promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining
eligibility for food, cash and medical assistance for individuals and families
on the road to economic recovery.
The assistance will be
available at Career Source Wakulla at 2932 Crawfordville Highway on the first Thursday
of the month from 9AM till 1 p.m.
No appointments are
necessary.
