Early voting begins Saturday

Early voting begins Saturday for the November 8th election.
Early voting will be held October the 29th through November the 5th.
Franklin County residents can early vote daily from 8A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Supervisor of Elections office at 47 Ave. F in Apalachicola and the Carrabelle Courthouse Annex in Carrabelle.
Gulf County residents can vote at 401 Long Avenue in Port St. Joe and at 314 N. 2nd Street in Wewahitchka.
Gulf county offices will be open from 730 to 6 Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 on Saturday and 10 to 6 on Sunday.
And please vote.
Beside a presidential election , Franklin County will choose a new sheriff and school superintendent this year.
We will also vote for Supervisor of Elections and Clerk of Court.
Gulf County voters will choose a sheriff and two county commissioners.
Voters will also choose a state attorney and representative for congress this year and will weigh in on potential amendments to Florida's constitution dealing with medicinal marijuana and solar power as well as tax exemptions for disabled first responders and for low income seniors.
