Franklin
County’s re-elected commissioners were sworn into office on
Tuesday.
County
judge Van Russell officially swore in Noah Lockley who was re-elected
to represent District 3 as well as Commissioner William Massey who
represents District 5.
Massey
ran unopposed in his re-election bid this year.
Newly
elected commissioner Ricky Jones who now represents District 1, was
not a Tuesday's meeting because of family medical issue.
He
will likely take the oath at the county's first meeting in December.
Commissioner
Cheryl Sanders told the commissioners that she is proud to be able to
serve with them for another term.
