Wakulla County residents eligible for FEMA assistance after Hurricane Hermine
Wakulla county residents who suffered losses during Hurricane Hermine are now eligible for individual assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
FEMA is expanding individual assistance to Taylor and Wakulla counties.
Hermine made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane just east of St. Marks in the early morning hours of September the 2nd.
The storm brought damaging winds, strong storm surge and heavy rainfall across much the state.
If you live in Wakulla County and had damage from the storm, call FEMA at 1-800-621-3362 and make your claim.
