Franklin County Commissioners have approved a new 5 unit subdivision in Eastpoint.
The commission this month gave final plat approval to “The Bluffs of North Bayshore.”
The subdivision will be located on the water between Highway 98 and Old Ferry Dock Road.
The 5 lots will range in size from 1 acre to 1 and a half acres.
The property is being developed by a company called LMKS.LLC with a primary address on St. George Island.
