The Franklin County Seahawks have a new head football coach.
On Tuesday, the Seahawks announced that John Cooper will be their new head football coach.
Cooper is no stranger to Franklin County.
He served as an assistant football coach for the Seahawks in 2017.
Most recently he was the offensive line coach at Wakulla County.
Cooper fill the space left open with the retirement of Dirk Strunk who coached the Seahawks for three years.
